Fixes for various mods when using 5dim mods

Description

Some fixes for 5dims when used with other mods.

Removes next_upgrade fields from various entities that 5dims adds upgrades for that dont make sense, and when space exploration is used, adds the "kiln" crafting category to 5dim furnaces, as well as all mini and micro furnaces from mini- and micro-machines.
