Changes the crafting speeds of AAI Industry motors and electric motors to have better ratios with the rest of the game.

Description

Changes the crafting times of AAI Industry motors to .5 seconds instead of .6 and electric motors to .75 seconds instead of .8. These numbers make the ratios much easier to handle and allow for tidier setups. An example for the motors is it takes exactly 1 gear assembler to 1 motor assembler into 1 burner inserter assembler, whereas with the .6 crafting time it would have taken 1.2 motor assemblers to fully supply 1 burner inserter assembler.

0.0.2 is the .16 version. 0.0.3 is the .17 version. 0.0.4 is the .18 and 1.0 version. 0.0.5 is the 1.1 version.

Robot Attrition

Very occasionally if you have heavy logistic bot congestion a logistic bot will crash. This means logistic bots are best used for higher value items like engines or power poles, using them for low value items like ore and copper wire is OK but less resource efficient. The goal is not to stop the use of bots, but to provide a small incentive to use belts in some situations late-game.
