Adds extra Mining speed techs to the game.

  • Jackhammer = +15% (Requires Automation 2 + Engine + Steel Pick)
  • Improved Tool Materials = +45% (Requires Advanced Oil Processing + Advanced Material Processing)
  • Portable Drill = +45% (Electric Engine + Low Density Structure + Production Science Pack)
  • Pulse-Laser Mining = +45% (Laser + Rocket Control Unit)
  • MOHHTDAD = +150% (Endgame Mining, Requires Space Science)
