Air filtering

• New Entities for air filtering machines
• Items for air filtering machines, air filters and used air filters
• Technologies for researching air filtering, higher tier air filtering machines and resycling used air filters

Description: You can build air filtering machines, which reduce the pollution in an area around them. Used air filters can be recycled to be used again. Further technologies enable you to build higher tier air filtering machines, which reduce the pollution even more, but at the cost of more energy usage and consumption of air filters.

Update 2.0: Air filtering machines can now clean spores (like the ones on Gleba).
