Angel's Extended Smelting and Compression

My take on porting the angels smelting and compression expansion mod from p.o.d for 0.15, I have extended it to be more in-line with bobs and angels updates for 0.17. See changelog for more details. Differences exist between this variant, and the one by Darknova
