Space Exploration Arcosphere Easy Folding

Adds some easier recipes for arcosphere folding so your production does not get deadlocked.

Adds Technology that is dependent on "Arcosphere Folding" and costs 500x Deep Space Science Pack 2

I love the hell out of the Space Exploration mod, and have sunk sooooooo many hours into it. But after trying to dummy proof arcospheres for hours I kept getting deadlocked by the RNG of them. I actually like the RNG aspect but hate that unless you babysit it constantly you will almost certainly get deadlocked.

So simply took the existing arcosphere folding recipes and cut them down to one input and one possible output. Utilizes the RNG already built into the arcosphere process to have RNG for what the outputs will be.
