Area Paste

Usage

Select an entity to copy from, the same way you copy settings in vanilla (shift + right click by default). Then use the paste tool added by this mod to select (by dragging) all entities you would like to paste to.

You may obtain this tool by clicking the "Paste Planner" shortcut button, or using the keybind "Make new paste planner", which is ctrl + shift + left click by default. (I chose that keybind, because vanilla pasting is shift + left click by default)

Note

Everything this mod does can be done in vanilla either by manually copy pasting, or for long range using blueprints and then deconstruction planners to mark spilled items for deconstruction. The only exception are entities which are not blueprintable, while this mod does allow long range pasting onto those, there is no way to do that in vanilla. See cars, for example. Other than that, this mod is simply a faster way of using vanilla mechanics.
