Change and allow to customize artillery shell speed, default is now 10.

Description

Allow to customize artillery shell speed. Default is 10 times faster

Why

Don't you feel they are too slow ? Also, more you have range more they feel slow.

Technical

Currently, there is no way to have a research that increase this speed, so you will have to adjust the value to what you feel right, you can change settings anytime.
I would have love a way to make them slow down overtime but it doesn't seem possible

Robot Attrition

Very occasionally if you have heavy logistic bot congestion a logistic bot will crash. This means logistic bots are best used for higher value items like engines or power poles, using them for low value items like ore and copper wire is OK but less resource efficient. The goal is not to stop the use of bots, but to provide a small incentive to use belts in some situations late-game.
