Force unhide and enable Bob's copper and stone pipe recipes when they are disabled by Krastorio 2.

Description

Krastorio 2 has somehow disabled Bob's copper and stone pipe recipes, and you need them to make pump mk2 and the electrolyzer (not that you really have to). This patch forces them on. For K2 only - no SE required.
