Automatic Barreling/Unbarreling Machines

#What does it change to the game:

• All the barrel recipes are hidden and unavailable from the player and the assembling machines interface as well as the fluid handling technology to remove the clutter they induce, especially when using mods.
• 2 new entities, they will fill or empty your barrels automatically without having to select a recipe.
• Also adds their respective recipe and item as well: 1 assembling machine mk2 + 1 pump => 1 barreling machine (or 1 unbarreling machine).
