Better Millitary Bots

This mod adds quality of life improvements for all combat robotics. All robots are deployed in groups of 1, some crafting recipes are modified for this change. Both the defender and destroyer robots can be repaired, have infinite deploy time, and can be retrieved by the player. (I chose not to add these perks to distractor robots as they would have the potential to become energy-absent laser turrets.)
