No more lazy robots. 4x charging ports, 20x charge speed, 5x energy buffer.

Description

Inspired by the defunct mod Roboport Recharge Upgrade. This mod will eliminate the circle of idle robots around roboports by increasing the number of charging ports by 4x, increasing the charging rate by 20x (which makes the charging near instant), and increasing the energy buffer by 5x. Future versions will make these values customizable in case you want something less OP (or more?). I'll also update when Factorio updates.
