Bob's Logistics + Space Exploration: Logistic Chest Balance

This mod reverses changes made by Bob's Logistics which make Requester Chests a much easier research technology than in Space Exploration.

Space Exploration makes getting the Requester Chest significantly harder to unlock because the Utility science is behind Rocket science.

Bob's Logistics moves the Requester Chest to Logistic Robots research, making it a _lot_ easier to unlock requester chests. Additionally, Bob's Logistics also resets the number of science packs required for researching the Logistic system technology down to 100 (from 500).

Additional support if Krastorio2 is detected to reset the required science pack count for researching the Logistic system technology to 250.
