Extends Flow Control for all of the Bob's Pipes

Description

I have updated the Mod from 0.15 to 0.16 I have update this Mod from 0.16 to 0.17 This Mod was officially made by jgmrequel on 0.14 and ported to 0.15 from qwerter96

Changelog is in the Changelog Tab

Extend Flow Control to include the various pipes provided by Bob's Mods.
