Bob's Modules 4 Pyanodons

Pyanodons mods overwrite a lot aspects of Bob's Modules. This mod fixes these issues:

Fixes an error that crashes the game with Py mods and Bob's Modules. Module levels 1-3 will fully respect Bob's power scaling settings. Changes tech costs of module level techs 1-3 to be in line with Bob's versions - should respect module lab settings in bob's mods. Changes tech prerequisites of module level 1-3 techs to be available without advanced electronics or nanotechnology techs. Fixes broken tech prerequisites. Modifies module merging tech to require advanced electronics. Standard modules 1-3 will keep their Bob's recipes and not require machine component techs.
