Adds assembling-machine-4 through 6. Settable by host of crafting speeds between 4 and 10 for asm-5, where ASM-4 is 70% of that speed, and ASM-6 is 125% of selected speed. The power consumption grows geometrically based on speed of asm's. ASM 5 and 6 will take damage if power is below 20%, each take 3.3 and 4% respectively every second. If they drop to 0% they Explode! Host can choose during game to disable exploding asm's if desired. Warnings will be sent to group. You can hide those warnings via player settings, or turning off map_sharing. Mod makers read change notes to see code to add a new surface. These asm's support fluid items. Efficient event based collection of asm's that are being monitored for explosion and fully tested with 20 players to assure no lag.
