Unlock the combinator with the Circuit Network research
Place the Chest Slot Reader combinator next to a chest to output its filled / empty slots as signals
The signals are similar to the F and E signals of cargo rocket silo in Space Exploration
UPS friendly, update rate can be configured in mod settings
