Precursor to Coal Liquefaction, turns Coal into Petroleum Gas and Solid Fuel. Updated from Autolykos' 0.17 mod.

Description

Update to Autolykos' Coal Gasification mod from 0.17.

Adds a new technology between Oil Processing and Coal Liquefaction that unlocks the Coal Gasification process. This allows an alternate way to make Petroleum Gas and Solid Fuel in the event Crude Oil is inaccessible.

Should be roughly balanced against the Wood Gasification mod, and if installed together will output Diluted Bitumen from that mod instead of Solid Fuel.
