Adds options for experimental stacking enhancements for Deadlock's Stacking Beltboxes - stacking for science, direct smelting of stacks

Description

Adds options for stacking experiments, all of which can be enabled or disabled in mod options - currently adds:

  • Stacking for science packs (enabled by default)
  • Smelting of stacked smeltable vanilla items (enabled by default)
  • Increased inventory density of stacked items (disabled by default)
