Deadlock beltbox crate-Space Exploration bridge

Adds stacking and crating to several Space Exploration items, as well as space tier beltboxes, loaders and crating machines (non-space versions are no longer placeable in space) Suggestions for beltbox\loader recipes are welcome (they are not finalized yet)

Version 2.19 is the most up to date version for SE 0.2. All further update will be for SE 0.3, unless something major happens.

New feature: automatically replace non-space loaders with space loaders in space maps. Normally works only if added to the map, if it was already in, set the mod setting to on-configuration-changed.

Compatible with Stacked recipes: Enable the mod setting to stack additional items to be used with them.
