Adds 5 wind turbines to the game that generates electricity.

Description

Adds 5 wind turbines each generating 1MW, 5MW, 10MW, 15MW, 20MW, of electricity. Use them in combination with accumulators if possible. They need now 1 minute to start but then they just work. They work in most Scenarios. They are ups friendly if not changing the crucial setting. Option for how to craft Wind Turbines: Upgrade or Crafting.
