Attempt to port the original Electric Furnace mod by GotLag to 2.0 with optional nerf to stone and steel furnaces.

Description

GotLag's Electric Furnaces updated to 2.0, tested and working with Space Age quality. Emissions, crafting speed, module slots are unchanged from the original. wanted to preserve the original idea. Only thing i added is toggle to reduce the crafting speed of stone and steel electric furnace to 75% (stone 1 -> 0.75, steel 2 -> 1.5)
