Equipment+: Portable Engine

Adds a 2x2 200 kW burner generator equipment for your modular/power armor (Portable Engine). Intended to fill the gap between portable solar panels and craft-and-forget fusion generators. Includes exhaust with visible smoke and a small pollution cloud.

To keep up with the newly buffed solar panels in 0.17, the output of the portable engine was also buffed. This makes it actually slightly more powerful per unit of space than the personal fusion reactor, if you're willing to deal with the hassle of fueling several engines.

Full disclosure, this idea is already implemented, although not exactly the same, in the Modular Armor mod, but that mod packages the burner generator equipment with a bunch of other stuff. This is a "minimal impact" mod, it includes the portable engine, its technology and nothing more.
