Adds a auto fueling tower in the Exotic-Industries optic.

Description

##The Mod:

Adds an refueling tower in the style of Exotic-Industries. This tower can automatically insert fuel into cars, tanks, spidertrons and locomotives or their equipment grids. Can also fuel the player equipment grid and trains/cars on the move.

Can also be used as a standalone mod from Exotic-Industries.
