Adds EM trains in the Exotic-Industries optic, with custom charging and upgrade system.

Description

##The Mod:

Adds EM trains in the style of Exotic-Industries. EM trains run on chargers providing field propulsion. Speed and acceleration as well as charger efficiency can be upgraded by research, up to top speeds of 1300km/h!

EM field chargers will consume energy depending on the amount of rails in their range and on traffic load.

Can also be used as a standalone mod from Exotic-Industries.
