Based on basic Sea block and expanded to fit exotic industries

Description

Modification to Basic Sea block to make it work with exotic industries.

TIPS:

Automate coal first or you will have hard time continuing in game
Switch to solid fuel as fast as possible to improve your fuel production
You can gather stone anywhere (With quarry)

NOTICE: There are still some known problems with upgrade to 0.5.0 please report anything that you see so it can be fixed faster :)
