Description

Adds research to unlock explosive charges that allow you to blast holes that fill up with water.

Research requirements: Cliff Explosives, Landfill

Blasting charge recipe: 2 cliff explosives, 1 empty barrel

Compatible with Space Age, will produce the following tiles:

Nauvis: water
Vulcanus: lava
Fulgora: deep oil ocean
Gleba: deep lake
Aquilo: brash ice
