Rate Calculator Tooltip

Rate Calculator Tooltip displays production and consumption rates directly when hovering over a production building.

Instead of showing crafting times, the mod converts everything into a common unit of time, making it much easier to compare recipes and calculate factory ratios.

Why?

The idea is partially inspired by Satisfactory, where production rates are consistently displayed using the same unit of time.

Using a single unit of time for every machine makes it much easier to compare recipes and determine the correct production ratios, without having to manually convert crafting times or rely on an external planner.
