Fish Slurry

Adds two uses for raw fish - being made into lube in a chemical plant, or being used as a catalyst for liquefying coal.

5 lube per fish, or 35 heavy oil for 50 fish and 10 coal. Yes, the heavy oil recipe is very expensive for not much return, but keep in mind a) it's only meant to jump start the coal liquefaction setup without needing oil, and b) the mod as a whole is supposed to get rid of excess fish, so it's requiring a lot of fish is the point.
