What is this ?

A modernization of GotLag's original Flare Stack, majorly remade to be 2.0-compatible.

What changed?

Compatible with -- requires, actually -- Factorio 2.0
Now has the following locales: de, en, fr, ja, ru -- made with the help of DeepL Translate
Internally, the scripting has been optimized
Dead field removal
Less object rebuilds
Attempt to prevent global namespace pollution
Source code is now available, and still released under MIT License

Will this be maintained going forward?

Yes! This is basically a fork of version 2.2.10 of the original mod.

Feel free to suggest things via the Discussions tab, although since I am a beginner in Factorio modding, whether I will be able to implement your suggestions remains to be seen ... 😅
