Flip Dots

Flip dots for making digital displays. Why use lamps, which not only compete with the sun, but also with each other, when you can use flip dots, which actually become more visible when there is more light around? This mod provides two varieties. One is a modified lamp which looks like a flip dot but turns on and off like a lamp. Like the lamp, you can send it color signals. As a special case, sending it the black signal makes orange. The other variety is based on the power switch. This version is animated, can actually be turned on or off independent of the circuit network, and requires no power. You can quick-replace them with each other and with ordinary lamps. You can also configure an upgrade planner to either convert your existing displays to flip dots, or convert them back to ordinary lamps if you decide that you hate my mod.
