Adds controls and behavior to make manual-automatic train mode switching easier

Description

Hotkeys: toggle driving mode of selected train (CONTROL + R default). Mouse over a locomotive, cargo wagon, fluid wagon, or artillery wagon. toggle driving mode of train we are in! Spacebar by default.

Player settings to enhance driving manually and automatically: exiting a train can switch it from automatic to manual if we grabbed a train and we are at a temporary stop, switch back to manual? if we YEET from a moving train, let it go or switch it to manual?
