A fork of Darknova's Flow Control for Bobs Pipes which is an update of Qwerter96's Port to 0.15 of the Original Mod made by Jgmrequel for 0.14

• WHAT'S DIFFERENT FROM FLOW CONTROL FOR BOBS PIPES?

• Supports Kirazy's Artisanal Reskins: Bob's Mods

• Supports Kirazy's Artisanal Reskins: Angel's Mods

• Valves from Bob's Logistics and Flow Control are merged into a single set of four valves:
• Non-Return Valve: allows flow in one direction only
• Overflow Valve: allows flow in one direction if input is over 80% full
• Top-Up Valve: allows flow in one direction if output is under 80% full
• Top-Up Valve: allows flow in one direction if output is under 20% full

• Works with and without Bob's Metals, Chemicals and Intermediates
• New pipes have correct health points
• All entities related to fluid network are under a new tab in crafting menu

(pumps, storage tanks, pumpjacks, etc)

• Many improvements over the original code for better stability and compatibility
