Flow Control with only the valves.

Description

This Mod will remove the straight, elbow and junction pipe from the Flow Control Mod, resulting in only the 3 valves to remain. The Idea was already executed in Quezler's Mod https://mods.factorio.com/mod/Just_Flow_Control. I upload this mod since his mod is Deprecated and not working on Factorio Version 1.1.
