Adds a lategame upgrade to nuclear fuel, turning it into fusion fuel with more power and slight boosts to acceleration and speed.

  • 130% max speed.

Now features startup settings for the fuel value, acceleration, and max speed of the fuel, along with a tweakable amount of fluoroketone required for the recipe!
