Adds an additional Fusion thruster.

Fusion based Thruster for Space Platforms, utilizing lots of water and your regular 'ol fusion reactor

There is no neighbor bonus
Issues with the hidden assembler and its piping

Future Goals

Add Settings Toggle to require crafing in Cyro Plant same as other Fusion Items
