Modified version of GhostPlacerExpress v0.1.9 working in Factorio 2.0

Early game blueprints now have a use! No more meticulous placement, pipetting, or rotating! Just hover over a ghost and it will be placed. Toggle on/off with SHIFT Y.

Releases: v 0.2.0 - Initial Factorio 2.0 release v 0.2.1 - Fixed bug where if you had a blueprint with a high quality item, and you had a lower quality item in your inventory, Factorio would place the high quality item, but remove the lower quality item from your inventory. v 0.2.2 - Modified for Factorio 2.1
