Custom planet renders for the mod 'Visible Planets'

Description

Custom made HD planet renders for the Visible Planets mod.

This mod is a slightly modified version of the HD Planets mod by OwnlyMe. It uses manually created planet renders made in Blender. Each planet is 2048x2048.

Currently there is a slight banding effect on the clouds. This is due to low samples for volumetrics when rendering in Blender (My PC doesn't like high sample volumetrics and crashes when rendering them). Might fix later.

Robot Attrition

Very occasionally if you have heavy logistic bot congestion a logistic bot will crash. This means logistic bots are best used for higher value items like engines or power poles, using them for low value items like ore and copper wire is OK but less resource efficient. The goal is not to stop the use of bots, but to provide a small incentive to use belts in some situations late-game.
