Adds a tier of heat engine which is efficient based off mod from Adiking03 and HPP now with walls and a turret that uses heat to ammo and now a heat pistol as well

ok so this has been updated to 2.0 standard but the heat engine might be a bit overpowered but i have now made a wall, a turret, and a pistol that all leech heat from the heat network to do actions ie. heat to AoE damage from walls and heat to bullets hope ya'll like it
