Hiladdar's Electrical

Adds 5 tiers of user configurable, transformers, big power poles, 6 tiers of tiers underwater electrical cables. This mod also allows for improved small and medium power poles toggled on in the settings.

The big power poles, underwater relays and substations, can be configured by the user to be from 0 to 50 percent improvement per tier. The solar panels and accumulators are configurable between 1.5 to 10 time improvement for each successive tier. The recipes for the items are dynamically adjusted based on how scope of improvement for each successive tier.

This mod also has an option to dramatically increase the range of the small and medium electric pole ranges. By default this is turned off, but can easy be turned on within the settings.

Thanks Deadlock989 with some graphic components provided via https://forums.factorio.com/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=58921 asking only for attribution for them. I was able to take some of graphics combine and tint them into something more useful for this mod.
