A hovering car to quickly traverse rough terrain. Support for 0.18+

Description

Disclaimer: The in-game model does not look like the thumbnail/gallery. I would do it, but then I would have to edit 132 sprites and their masks one by one, and I uhhh don't really wanna do that.

You duct tape some bots to the sides of your car, and call it Hover Technology This Hovering Car will fly over any obstacles and terrain (water too), as well as biters (mostly).
