Industrial Revolution 3: Airships

This mod is an add-on for Industrial Revolution 3. Airships are flying vehicles that can be constructed from IR3's mid-game onwards. Hydrogen airships have low cargo capacity and are a little slower, and also explode violently on destruction. Helium airships are a little faster and have improved cargo capacity. Both tiers can cross water and are relatively fuel-efficient. Airship stations can be used to automate airship deliveries, creating a medium-throughput logistics network pitched somewhere between bot deliveries and rail networks.
