Infinity radar

Every so often a new chunk is charted. Starting from the center, the radar spirals outwards until an uncharted chunk is encountered. After the cooldown the next chunk is charted. This process goes on until infinity has been reached.

Known issues

• Radar tooltip 'scanning progress' does not match actual chunk scanning pace (won't fix, scanning progress bar is hardcoded)
• Placing new radars when there are a lot of chunks to be generated temporarily slows down the game (won't fix, game limitation)
