Infinite Inventory size. Whenever the amount of stuff in your inventory changes, the inventory size is readjusted (expands and shrinks) so that you always have some empty slots. Amount of empty slots is qonfigurable. With 48 you can always pick up an entire regular chest. It modifies the "inventory slot bonus" so it can't shrink your inventory to less than a bonus of 0, which gives you your inventory size without the mod.

If you want to uninstall without having the extra slots stay: Empty your inventory and set the bonus to something less than your regular inventory size before. Then uninstall the mod.
