Infinizoom

Adds per-player configurable zoom limits. Defaults are functionally unlimited* but can be adjusted as desired.

To reset the limits after uninstalling please use https://mods.factorio.com/mod/Zoom-reset

Old hotkeys are still available for backwards compatibility.
