Ironclad gunboat and mortar turret (fork)

This is an updated and supplemented fork of the Ironclad Gunboat and Mortar Turret mod https://mods.factorio.com/mod/ironclad-gunboat-and-mortar-turret

Additional work carried out:

1. Icons have been replaced with more original ones
2. Adjustments have been added to technological research for better integration with mods:

1. Mortar turret has been added to technologies that improve damage (how well it works is unclear?)
