Krastorio 2 Automated Artillery

Description

Changes the artillery wagon, such that it now has the same range for manual and automatic firing. Adjusts the artillery turret so that the automatic range is the same as the one of the wagon, but keeps the increased range for static firing. Note that this mod requires Krastorio 2.
