Krastorio2 Cargoships Compatibility

Based on changes originally from Krastorio 2 Compat by DBotThePony and Krastorio2 - Personal Tweaks by RusselRaZe. This changes the recipes of the cargo ship items to line up more with K2. Additionally grids for the ships themselves are also added.

0.0.2 Adds support for AAI Vehicles: Ironclad, Ironclad Gunboat and Mortar Turret and Steamship Reloaded. Mostly adding K2 grids to the boats and ships. Additionally the Kuter from Steamship Reloaded has the same fuel types as the cargo ships with K2. This is to help with the early game were K2 fuel might not be unlocked.
