Various tweaks used on Sufficient Velocity community server when running Krastorio2 and Space Exploration

  • Add additional (very expensive) matter recipes
  • Allow larger tanks to work in space/spaceships
  • Add 415C/975C steam to electric boiler
  • If configured in Krastorio2, apply Krastorio2 express belt/pipe underground length changes to space belts/pipes
