Disable's the Krastorio2 starting ship

Description

Quick and dirty modification to the K2 starting wreckage to make the power source, assemblers, and lab worthless. Also makes the size of the chests 0 and makes removes circuits and sentinels from the mining loot table.

Did this because I wanted to lengthen out the starting when I use this with Space Exploration.
